Return Policy

Meraki and Maker accepts returns for items that are in perfect, unworn, new condition, unopened, and with all original tags attached. Undergarments cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Please email support@merakimaker.eu to initiate the return process. Ensure to ship the item back with a copy of your order confirmation within 14 days of your return request approval. Packages sent without prior contact will not be accepted for a refund.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable. We recommend using a reputable shipping carrier with tracking and delivery confirmation. Meraki and Maker is not liable for lost or stolen packages without proof of tracking and delivery confirmation.

Refund Policy

Meraki and Maker issues refunds to the original form of payment for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. Please contact us at support@merakimaker.eu within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the incorrect or damaged items for verification. Once approved, we will initiate a refund process.

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and verify with your bank. There may be a processing delay before refunds appear. If issues persist, contact us at support@merakimaker.eu for assistance.
